Thank you

Our work in our midweek Soup Kitchen continues during the pandemic, and we would just like to say a big THANK YOU to all those who have donated and continue to donate to this cause.

Last week saw people in the community continuing to show generosity with donations of cakes and hand-knitted woolly hats, as well as financial contributions previously received.

Thank you on behalf of the team and all our guests.

Soup station – 1st anniversary

The Greenfield Baptist Church Soup station has now been open for it`s first 12 months .

The Soup station is open every WEDNESDAY EVENING from 6.30pm to 8.30pm, offering some hot food and drink and access to donated clothing.

Thank you to everyone who has supported the venture in whatever way – it has really been appreciated.

Thank you!

Soup kitchen anniversary

Later this month  it will be 12 months since the Soup station first opened it`s doors on a Wednesday evening. Many have `passed through` during this last year, and we have made many friends with our guests.

Thank you to everyone who has supported the venture, whether directly or indirectly, and provided the resources for the service to continue.

Thank you from all the team.

soup kitchen donations

Thank you to all those who have kindly donated supplies and clothing for the benefit of our guests attending our midweek soup kitchen.

As always we are very grateful for your generosity, as all received forms part of what we are able to offer those in need.

Many thanks

soup kitchen

Thank you to all those who have been so generous in supporting the Soup kitchen project at Greenfield.

The project was introduced in the Spring of this year, has been been helping those in need with a place and time to have a hot meal and some support.  It is open from 6.30pm to 8.30pm each Wednesday (strict time limits follow agreed policy), and during that time volunteers at Greenfield are available to chat to guests if they want to.

Please direct any offers of support, whether financial, non-perishable food or clothing, to the Rev.David Jones.

Thank you
